Do you charge a fee?
For full-service trip design, yes — a professional planning fee based on the scope of your journey beginning at $500, which we’ll review clearly before we begin. The fee reflects the expertise, time, and care that go into designing a truly seamless trip. Hotel-only bookings are complimentary, and you get all our fabulous perks when available!
Why use an advisor instead of booking on my own?
Because a booking site doesn't know you — we do. We learn how you love to travel, then bring the access, relationships, and little touches that make a trip feel personal. And if something changes, you'll have a real person in your corner who knows your trip inside and out. Less research, less worry, and a journey shaped entirely around you.
What kinds of trips do you plan?
A little bit of everything, and we love it that way. Honeymoons and romance travel, family and multigenerational journeys, milestone celebrations, safaris, and luxury travel across the globe. Wherever you're dreaming of going!
How far in advance should I plan?
Sooner is always helpful, but don't worry if your trip is coming up fast. For peak seasons and sought-after destinations, six months of lead time gives us room to secure the best options — but shorter timelines are absolutely welcome. In fact, last-minute travel is one of our specialties, so if you're dreaming of getting away soon, reach out and we'll make it happen.
Do you only work with five-star hotels?
We focus primarily on luxury — think exceptional four- and five-star properties and trusted partners — always matched to your style and budget. That said, luxury isn't about spending the most; it's about getting the most from every experience, and we'll always steer you toward the places truly worth it.
What if something changes during my trip?
You’ll always have a real person to turn to. We and our global partners are here to help — rebooking, rerouting, and resolving the unexpected so you can remain fully present.
